This page explains, in plain language, how TheraClavis handles personal data when you visit our institutional website or contact us.
Who we are

What this policy covers
The holding company's website (institutional pages, contact forms, and institutional emails). Products such as TheraClin have their own policies and terms, available at theraclin.com.br. This page does not replace those documents.
What data we may process
In general: data you voluntarily send us (name, email, phone, company, and message content) and technical browsing data (for example IP address, browser type, pages visited, and date/time), when necessary for security, performance, or compliance with a legal obligation.
What we use the data for
To respond to inquiries and business requests; to present products and services; to improve the website; to protect the environment against abuse; and to comply with legal or regulatory obligations. We do not sell personal data.
Legal bases (LGPD)
Depending on the case: performance of preliminary procedures to a contract or of a contract (art. 7, V); legitimate interest (art. 7, IX), with a balance of rights; compliance with a legal or regulatory obligation (art. 7, II); and consent (art. 7, I), when it is the appropriate basis.
Sharing
We may use providers that process data on our behalf (hosting, email, infrastructure), under contract and with purpose limited to the service. We may also share data if required by law or a competent authority.
How long we keep data
For as long as necessary for the stated purpose, to exercise rights in legal proceedings, or to meet legal deadlines. After that, data is deleted or anonymized, when applicable.
Your rights
Under LGPD, you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary data, portability (when applicable), information about sharing, withdrawal of consent, and objection to improper processing. Security
We adopt technical and organizational measures compatible with the risk of processing (access control, encryption when applicable, good hosting practices). No system is 100% risk-free; if a significant incident occurs, we will follow the legal duties of notification.
LGPD
We process personal data in compliance with LGPD, Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018). In health products, we also observe applicable sector-specific requirements (for example professional confidentiality and CFP rules, when applicable), detailed in the policies for each product.
Updates
We may update this page to reflect legal or operational changes. The update date appears at the top. Continued use of the website after material changes indicates awareness of the version in effect, when the law allows this approach.
